Aftershocks

You know those songs that every time you hear, you draw up a particular memory, or thoughts of a specific time in your life? Well I wanna hear about it!

Next week I’ll begin “Remember Wednesday.” Every Wednesday I’ll post a song and along with it, the memory it brings up for me. I invite you all to do the same and leave me a link in the comments!

The rules are simple:

• Post a song–you can go as basic as posting a link to the lyrics, or go all out with a snippet, a download, a video–whatever you want! You can even post more than one if you’ve got more tied to the same memory.
• Tell us what it always reminds you of–is it the lyrics, or was this song just part of your life during that time?
• Link back to the weekly post (found here) so your readers can find other Remember Wednesday posts
• Leave a comment here, with a link to your post, so we can all come read!

I’m not really sure how well this will catch on, but I’m going to continue it regardless of the amount of participation I get. It’s something I wanted to do on my own in the first place and just decided it’d be fun to turn it into a weekly thing with other bloggers. I hope you’ll join me!
